The 9th Suncheon City Council the citizens have chosen themselves has finally opened.
The 25 members of the council will never forget where they started,
try their utmost to repay your support and faithfully represent the citizens’ will.

We will always be by your side, put in the legwork and hear out every citizen’s voice.
We will build an open council, a reliable council and an ethical government.

There is a saying that goes
“If you want to go fast, go alone.If you want to go far, go together.”
The council and the executive body of the city administration are partners working towards
the same goal which is to develop Suncheon and bring happiness to Suncheon citizens.
Nevertheless, we will maintain checks and balances on the executive body while
communicating and cooperating with them effectively.
